August 22, 2009 - 10 am -4 pm Portland, Maine - The 44th Annual WCSH 6 Sidewalk Art Festival Booth Number : I-3 Approximately 300 artists and 40,000 visitors attend this festival. The WCSH 6 Sidewalk Art Festival is held on Congress Street from Park Street to Monument Square, through Monument Walk to the corner of Free & Temple Streets. Congress Street is closed to vehicular traffic, creating a 7-block, pedestrian-friendly, open-air art market and an even more peaceful, safe, and enjoyable environment. The WCSH 6 Sidewalk Art Festival is the oldest and largest one-day art show in Northern New England. The Festival is organized and administered by WCSH 6. ________________________________________________
